Participants may also use other statistical tools of their choice, including Excel with appropriate add-ons.
Participants are expected to spend approximately 3 additional hours per week outside live classes for assignments, reviewing materials and applying concepts.

On-Campus Immersion

The final project requires participants to select an HR Analytics theme relevant to their work context, access the required data and apply the HR Analytics process covered during the programme.
The final project is presented during the second campus visit to XLRI, followed by faculty and peer feedback.
Successful completion is based on:
- Meeting the required attendance criteria
- Completing mandatory experiential assignments
- Completing and submitting the project
- Meeting the programme’s evaluation requirements
10 | Certification
Participants who successfully meet the programme requirements receive a Certificate of Completion from XLRI.
Participants who meet the applicable participation/attendance requirements but do not fulfil the completion criteria may receive a Certificate of Participation, subject to the programme’s applicable rules.
